The Best Golden Milk Recipe

Whether you drink this in the morning or at night before bed, you’ll be happy you started adding this golden bevo into your daily routine.

This recipe was given to me by my Herbology guru and it is my favorite golden milk recipe by far, packed full of powerful antioxidants to combat stress, aging, and inflammation.

Golden Milk Latte

8-12 oz of water or coconut milk

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Pinch of ground nutmeg

5-6 saffron threads

Honey to sweeten

Boil water or coconut milk then add ground spices and let steep. Add honey after the milk has cooled off to a drinkable temperature
