In 2019, when I was deep in grief, in the midst of a divorce, and at the start of my recovery journey, I knew that something had to drastically change or I wasn’t going to be around anymore. 

Despite being at the peak of my career (traveling the world, receiving accolades and living the “dream life”) I had a daunting choice to make: stay at my job & risk another breakdown, or take time off to focus on my physical & mental health. Fortunately for all parties involved, I did something I have never done before and I chose myself.

It wasn’t easy deciding to make myself a priority, but once I dove into the muck of what I had been neglecting for years, 

I uncovered a part of me that had long been cast aside & reignited a fire inside fueled by being of service and helping others live their best lives. 

I know what it’s like to end a 12 year relationship and start over. I know what it’s like to quit my dream career and choose a different path. I know what it’s like to feel that something has to change and finally be willing to do what it takes.

  • These are intimate, fully customized retreat experiences designed around you. Together, we create a retreat that reflects your needs, intentions, and season of life—whether that’s rest, healing, creativity, reconnection, or expansion.

    Each curated retreat may include a blend of trauma-informed yoga, TRE®, somatic practices, mindfulness, ritual, nature immersion, and nourishing lifestyle elements. Locations, pacing, and practices are thoughtfully chosen to support deep regulation and integration. This offering is ideal for individuals, couples, or small private groups seeking a meaningful, personalized retreat experience without the overwhelm of planning.

  • These private sessions offer a gentle, body-led approach to releasing stored tension and stress from the nervous system. Using TRE® and neurogenic yoga techniques, we work slowly and intentionally to support the body’s natural ability to discharge held patterns—without forcing, reliving, or over-talking the past.

    Sessions are trauma-informed, highly attuned, and paced to your unique capacity, making them especially supportive for those who feel stuck in their head, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from their body. Over time, this work can support greater emotional resilience, regulation, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
